NIcoLex Wallpaper - Grey

Since October 2014, I haven't been able to put pencil to paper aside from literal chicken scratch, most likely due to depression and a bunch of other issues, some of which are still being processed. But finally, after so long, I was able to draw and finish something.

I'm still very un-used to the GANGSTA. style, but my best friend is crazy for it, and that alone gives me no better reason than to try my best to learn. She and her husband did more for me than most friends these days would, so if this is all I can do for now, then you better believe I'll leave my fingers bleeding before I stop.

Hey all!

My name's Mika, and I've been drawing since the day I could hold a crayon. Been spending years watching tv, movies, and various animes, and hoping that one day I could draw as well as them. I am a lover of Full Metal Panic!, and hope to someday see the rest of it animated so that I can see it in all it's wonderful awesomeness. I was also a faithful follower of Inuyasha for five years, and honestly can remember almost every single detail of the show/movies/manga after all this time. I know right? Suxh a freak XDD I love learning new things, and hope to someday know Japanese, how to play my guitar, and some form of martial arts. I started learning Kali, but it's hard finding a class for it, so that might take me a while. I discovered a love of writing around 2009, and have my stuff posted on in case anyone would like to drop by and tell me how much I suck. ^^ Everyone there has told me I'm pretty good, but I'm never gonna argue that, cause I think I *am* pretty bitchin' either way.....^_^

Thanks for stoppin' by!

So, okay....I've been just a *little* busy as of late....

First and foremost, yay for new job!  I am now back to work, and can make money to get more stuff and hopefully go to the ComicCon this Summer!  Woo!  Second, From said job, I am so very tired! XDD  Yes, granted I have been out of work for just under half a year, and it is to be expected, but freaking hell man!  I've been exhausted!  Oh well, suck it up right?

Another thing going on would be the ridiculously long writing project with kittymisha, and we're...I guess you could say we're about at the halfway mark? XDDD  It's really hard to tell exactly, but it is truly epic in scale, and once it's done and edited, we'll most likely be posting it on so others can see the crazy epic story we've created over the last four months so far.  This whole thing is primarily why I haven't loaded really anything up in a while, since my brain can only handle so much focus at once...XDDD  Hopefully once we're done though I should be good to go in finishing up the few pics I HAVE started since, and get them all up.

Me and my gaming group are also starting up a new Vampire Tabletop game, this time taking place in the new system, Vampire: The Requiem.  So far things seem really cool, and we're forging a whole new chronicle starting from way back in ancient Rome.  We're hoping to go quite a few places with this too, so we may even make it to places like China, India, and Japan if we play our cards right.  My only bummer so far was that I was gunning for starting in Babylon, but whatever ^^ It'll still be fun either way.  I've got a good group, so it'll work out fine.

I've also finally gotten down to business and finally started learning the basics of how to play the guitar my husband bought me a while back.  I was having trouble cause I'm really a visual learner, and every time I went to look up the 'how-to' stuff, it would just tell me shit and slam all these terms at me that I didn't know yet XDDDD  So I'd be sitting there like, 'Place your right ring finger over the second, which one of these things is considered a fret dammit!?  GAH!  YOU ALL SUCK!!!'  I can be so patient in my learning sometimes...XDDDDD

But, hopefully I can get things to be on a smoother track sometime soon....I hope....XDDDD
